Spanish Speaking Therapists

Responsibilities for the Spanish Speaking Therapist include, but not limited to:

  • Providing state of the art therapeutic techniques
  • Accommodating outreach and in clinic appointments
  • Executing appropriate assessments regarding use of psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults
  • Developing appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Requesting clinical input from supervisor as appropriate
  • Providing appropriate emergency evaluation/crisis intervention as needed
  • Following the appropriate referral process per company policy
  • Conducting CANS Assessments for Mass Health clients 20 years of age and below
  • Completing therapeutic notes in a timely fashion per company policy

    Requirements

  • Master’s degree and license from an accredited college or university (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
